The air tightness tester has been widely used by many manufacturers and has been recognized by customers.

The direct pressure waterproof detector inputs compressed air (negative pressure) with precisely controlled pressure into the container to be tested, and then cuts off the inflation circuit. If the container under test leaks, the pressure in the container will decrease. When the pressure is lower than the set value, the instrument will sound an alarm. It uses a high-precision pressure sensor and calculates the amount of leakage based on the pressure drop. No need to refer to the container. The test circuit is simple, reliable, and stable. It is suitable for testing workpieces with low pressure and low precision requirements. For low pressure test (for example, 1KPa), after compensation calculation, the resolution can reach 1Pa.

The air tightness of the test piece of the multi-channel waterproof detector adopts the visible bubble method of water or oil immersion. Its equipment is simple, the results are intuitive, but the detection accuracy and efficiency are low, and human factors have a large influence and cannot be automated. Quantitative leak detection also has an adverse effect on the workpiece, such as cumbersome post-processing of moisture, rust, impurity intrusion, and water (or oil) attached to the surface of the specimen. Even some products are not allowed to use this method for testing, such as: electronic products, electrical components, etc.

The differential pressure waterproof detector is a new type of high-precision non-destructive testing equipment. It mainly uses compressed air as a medium to apply a certain pressure to the inner cavity or surface of the product to be tested, and then uses a high-sensitivity sensor to detect changes in pressure to determine the tightness of the product to be tested. Because it uses compressed air as a medium, it will not cause secondary pollution to the product, and the detection speed and accuracy are better than water detection (air molecules are smaller than water molecules, and the leakage rate is fast), so it can be deployed on a large scale on the production line.
