Features of direct pressure air tightness testing equipment: The instrument fills the air pressure into the product to see the change in air pressure. There are also two situations here:

1) If the product itself has an inflation hole, the instrument will directly inflate the product with air pressure, then cut off the air source and observe the change in air pressure. If the pressure drops, it means that the product is leaking. , It is best not to drop.

2) If the product does not have an inflatable hole, we will use a volumetric direct pressure air tightness tester. It is necessary to make the size of the sealed cavity the same as the shape and specifications of the product (ie mold), and try to fit the product as much as possible. The test result is more accurate, and then the instrument fills the space between the product and the mold with air pressure, and then cuts off the air source to detect whether the air pressure drops. If there is a product leak, gas will leak into the product. No drop is good.

It is necessary to make the size of the two sealed cavities the same as the shape and specifications of the product, that is, the mold, and try to fit the product as much as possible. Because the test result is more accurate, the instrument will fill the space between the standard product and the test product and the mold, then cut off the air source, and observe the difference between the standard product and the test product. , If the difference is zero, it means that the inspected product is qualified with the standard product; otherwise, the inspected product is unqualified.
