Waterproof testing equipment has simple equipment and intuitive results. The installation of this equipment needs to be equipped with 220v AC power supply, 0.4-0.8mpa compressed air is sufficient. Testing method of waterproof testing equipment:

1. Close one end of the equipment, and make a part of it in contact with water, in a sealed state, and then observe the difference in liquid level to prove that the sealing is good.

2. Put one end of the tube into the water, heat the test tube, there will be bubbles coming out, stop heating, after a period of time, the water column rises, after a period of time, the liquid level does not change, which proves that the equipment is airtight.

3. A device with a double-hole stopper with a separatory funnel and a conduit, close the separatory funnel piston, put one end of the conduit into the water, and heat the flask. When bubbles come out, stop heating, and the water column rises for a period of time. After time, the liquid level remains unchanged, proving that the equipment is airtight.

4. Insert the device into the double-hole plug and catheter of the long-necked funnel. Close the catheter clamp and pour water from the long-necked funnel to form a suspended water column. After a period of time, there is no change in the water column, which proves that the air tightness of the equipment is good.

The waterproof testing equipment checks the air tightness by immersing one end of the tube in the reaction device and pressing the outer wall of the reactor with the palm of the hand. If the equipment does not leak, the air in the container will expand due to heat, and a waterproof test is performed. Air bubbles overflow from the device conduit port. After the container is cooled, the water in the air-tightness and waterproof detection equipment will rise into the pipe to form a water column. If the device leaks, no bubbles will appear.
