How to use the waterproof tester

1. Before operation, please read the instruction manual corresponding to the waterproof tester carefully, and be familiar with the performance and operation method of the machine.

2. Check whether the battery power is sufficient. If you find that the battery is low, please replace the battery in time.

3. Check whether the air filter of the air inlet is blocked by debris, and whether it needs to be cleaned or replaced.

4. Turn on the "power" switch of the main body of the waterproof detector.

5. Remove the lid of the vacuum glass desiccator, put 4-5 self-rescuers to be checked into the desiccator, and then close the lid.

6. Press the "solenoid valve" switch, press the "air pump" switch, the micro vacuum pump will vacuum the vacuum glass dryer, a few seconds later, press the "air pump" switch, and then press the "solenoid valve" switch.

7. Loosen the three-way valve on the glass vacuum dryer of the waterproof detector to keep the negative pressure display in the range of -13KPa, and observe the generation of sub-bubbles in the dryer. The observation time is 1 minute; within this 1 minute, if there are no air bubbles in the dryer, it proves that all connectionsThe inspected products are all qualified; if there are bubbles, the product with bubbles is proved to be unqualified.

8. Seal the product with a fixing device, and the compressed air enters the inside of the tested product or the inside of the mold through the waterproof detector. The sensor of the air tightness detector senses the change of the gas in real time, and finally the air tightness detector displays whether the product is qualified or not on the display.

9. This kind of water proof tester testing method using compressed air as the medium has more advantages: First of all, this is a non-destructive test because the test medium is air and will not cause damage to the product. Secondly, because air molecules are smaller than water molecules, the test results are more accurate. The operation is relatively simple and the testing process is quick. This waterproof tester has been widely used by many manufacturers and has been recognized by customers.
