Waterproof test equipment

The main function of the waterproof test equipment is to test the waterproofness and air tightness of the workpiece. It is now an indispensable testing tool for many domestic enterprises in R&D, innovation and production. According to the relevant regulations of GB4208, each test level has different test conditions. Waterproof test equipment is a test instrument that simulates such test conditions.

The waterproof test equipment is used on bicycles, motorcycles, automobiles, swimming pool lights, vehicle transportation equipment, etc. to do a high-temperature and high-pressure steam spray cleaning process to test the physical and other related properties of these products. After the test, verify whether the performance of the product meets the requirements, so as to facilitate product design, improvement, verification and factory inspection.

Precautions for the use of waterproof test equipment

1. Do not connect the ground wire of the waterproof test equipment to the gas pipe, otherwise it is easy to cause fire and electric shock accidents;

2. When there is dust on the metal part of the power plug of the waterproof tester and its surroundings, please wipe it carefully with a dry cloth;

3. Please do not use the power supply voltage outside the specification;

4. When the waterproof test equipment is dropped or damaged, please disconnect the power and pull out the plug;

5. When inflating the waterproof test equipment, do not exceed the specified pressure, otherwise it will easily cause damage to the waterproof tester and personal injury;

6. When water or oil is immersed in the tester, please turn off the power and pull out the plug, otherwise it is easy to cause an electric shock accident. Particular attention should be paid when the waterproof tester is installed in places near water and oil;

7. If the tester is modified without authorization, it is easy to cause fire and electric shock accidents;

8. If the following situations occur, please stop the operation immediately: smoke; abnormal sound; when a problem not mentioned in the manual occurs; when the operation cannot be performed according to the manual.
